• Content you believe is questionable or violates our policies
• Requests to remove specific content from the platform
• Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting minors
• Content that may be illegal in your jurisdiction

Email support@loviechat.ai with the subject line "Content Report" and include as much of the following as possible:

• A description of the content you are reporting
• The URL, character name, or screenshot identifying the content
• The reason you believe the content should be reviewed or removed
• Your contact information so we can follow up with you

All reported complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved with a response provided back to the requestor within 5 business days or sooner.

Effective October 2025, Visa's adult-content standards require complaints to be resolved within 5 business days. This replaces the prior 7-business-day standard.

Reports involving suspected CSAM or illegal content are escalated immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

• Your report is logged and assigned to our trust and safety team
• The reported content is reviewed against our content policies
• If the content violates our policies, it is removed or restricted
• You are notified of the outcome at the contact information you provided
