Digital access policy for Premium purchases and billing corrections.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@loviechat.ai for any billing concerns. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Scope
This policy applies to purchases of Premium access and related digital services offered by LovieChat.ai. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support as soon as possible with the details below.
Requesting a refund
If you have a concern about a charge, email support@loviechat.ai with the details below. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Cancellation and expiry
One-time access ends automatically at the paid-through date and does not require cancellation. Recurring crypto renewals can be stopped from Billing, and access remains active through the current paid period.
How refunds are issued (when approved)
Approved refunds are issued by LovieChat.ai and credited to the payment method used for the original purchase. We do not issue refunds by cash or paper check. When a refund is approved, we issue it within ten (10) days of confirming the refund with you.
Pricing or listing errors
If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may refuse or cancel the order whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged. If you have already been charged and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the amount charged.
Payment method limitations
If the payment method used for your purchase does not support refunds, we cannot issue a refund through that method. Some payment platforms process refunds directly; in those cases, the final handling and timing are controlled by that platform.
