Premium upgrades roll out in stages. Here is what to expect.

Premium checkout is rolling out. If you see checkout in-app, upgrades are live for your account. Otherwise, you may see the waitlist flow.

Is Premium paid today?

Premium checkout is rolling out. If your account has checkout enabled, you will see it in the app Billing page. If not, joining the waitlist does not charge you.

I see a charge - what should I do?

Email support@loviechat.ai with your account email, charge date, amount, and any receipt or statement descriptor.

I paid, but Premium is not active yet

Most upgrades activate quickly after payment verification. Refresh the app (or sign out and back in) and check Billing again. If it still has not updated, email support@loviechat.ai with your account email, timestamp, amount, and any transaction reference.

Cancellations and auto-renew

The current upgrade is a one-time access pass and does not auto-renew. If your account has an active recurring plan (testing or legacy), cancellation stops future renewals.
